  To find good old fashioned service that still values the customer is very rare these days. But might I also say that the customer has a responsibility too! Repay good service by being loyal and spreading the word about their business. So often these days customers are just rude and worse still looking for a freebie otherwise they'll give the business a bad review. If you do this then 'shame on you'

  Lisa and Brian have been just wonderful to us. I have an 11 year old Labrador with pancreatitis! Not only have they been generous in discounting very expensive food, they also helped me out when I have to return food purchased over the internet that was no longer suitable for my dog. They most graciously bought the food from me so that I didn't have to return via Australia Post which would have cost a fortune.
